Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CosmoBot, a mobile word game provided by Nyota Creative. By downloading, accessing, or using CosmoBot, you agree to these Terms and to any applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use CosmoBot.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally able to use CosmoBot in your country or region.
• If CosmoBot includes account features, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when an account, support request, purchase restoration, or deletion request requires it.
• We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used for cheating, abuse, unlawful activity, security attacks, or conduct that harms other users or the service.

3. Gameplay and Acceptable Use

CosmoBot is provided for personal entertainment use. You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, unauthorized scripts, exploits, modified clients, or other tools that create unfair gameplay or disrupt CosmoBot.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit CosmoBot except where law allows it.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or abuse other players or Nyota Creative support channels.
• Upload or share unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful content if user-generated or social features are available.
• Interfere with servers, security, payment systems, leaderboards, matchmaking, or platform services.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• Any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid content are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device and store.
• Prices, taxes, payment methods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the applicable store terms and policies.
• Purchased digital items may be limited to CosmoBot, your account, your device, or the store account used to make the purchase.
• We may change, balance, replace, or discontinue game content where needed for security, operations, legal compliance, or product changes.

5. Intellectual Property

CosmoBot, including its name, code, gameplay systems, artwork, characters, text, audio, visual design, branding, and related materials, is owned by Nyota Creative or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CosmoBot for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable platform rules.

6. Updates and Availability

CosmoBot may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, content, events, online services, support for devices, or availability in certain regions. Some features may require internet access, platform services, compatible devices, account access, or the latest app version.

7. Privacy and Account Deletion

Our handling of data is described in the CosmoBot Privacy Policy. If CosmoBot account features are enabled, you can request account deletion through the in-app deletion flow where available or through the web form at nyotacreative.com/apps/cosmobot/delete-account.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

CosmoBot is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, preservation of all data, or compatibility with every device or platform version.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nyota Creative will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of CosmoBot.

9. Platform Terms

Your use of CosmoBot may also be governed by Apple App Store, Apple Media Services, Google Play, Google Payments, device manufacturer, carrier, and operating system terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for operating or supporting CosmoBot unless their own terms state otherwise.
