Request CosmoBot Account or Data Deletion
Use this form to request deletion of a CosmoBot account and associated personal data, or to request deletion of CosmoBot data connected to your email or player ID. This page is for CosmoBot by Nyota Creative and can be used even if you no longer have the app installed.
After you submit the form, the request is sent to [email protected]. We may contact you to verify account ownership before deleting data.
What Will Be Deleted
- CosmoBot account records associated with the verified email, player ID, or platform account where account features are enabled.
- Associated cloud saves, profile data, gameplay progress, leaderboard identity, and online feature data where available and technically linked to the account.
- Support data directly tied to the deletion request, unless retention is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or platform recordkeeping.
Deleting the app from your device may remove local data from that device, but it does not always delete server-side account or online feature data. This form lets you initiate a web deletion request.

Retention Notes
We process deletion requests after verification and remove eligible account data unless a limited record must be retained for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, tax, accounting, or platform transaction records.
