These Terms govern your use of Cosmo Xonix, a mobile game provided by Nyota Creative. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
2. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cosmo Xonix for personal entertainment. You may not cheat, use modified clients or automated tools, interfere with the game or advertising services, reverse engineer the game except where law permits it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. Advertising and Purchases
Cosmo Xonix may display advertisements provided through Google AdMob. Any purchases offered in the game are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; pricing, refunds, and payment issues are governed by the relevant store’s rules.
4. Ownership and Availability
Cosmo Xonix and its code, artwork, gameplay, audio, text, and branding are owned by Nyota Creative or its licensors. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features or availability as needed.
5. Privacy and Account Deletion
Our handling of information is described in the Cosmo Xonix Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account, cloud save, and associated leaderboard data through the Delete Account page.
