1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Nyota Creative ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with Cosmo Xonix, a mobile game for iOS and Android. It applies to the game and to support communications about it.

2. Information Processed

Cosmo Xonix stores gameplay progress and settings locally on your device. If you create an account, we also process the account information needed to provide sign-in, cloud save, and leaderboard features.

• Account and sign-in data: email address and a unique account identifier. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the identifier and, where provided by the platform and you, the email address associated with the sign-in. We do not receive your Apple ID or Google password.
• Cloud save data: game progress, settings, achievements, inventory or unlock state, and other gameplay data associated with your account, so you can restore progress across supported devices.
• Leaderboard data: your chosen or generated username, score, rank, and relevant gameplay statistics. Your username, score, and rank may be visible to other players in leaderboards.

The game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, ad performance data, and approximate location derived from IP address to serve, measure, limit, and protect advertising. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent, region, and device settings.

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, message, device model, operating system, and game version.

Cosmo Xonix does not request access to contacts, precise location, photos, camera, microphone, or files for normal gameplay.

3. How Information Is Used

• Operate the game and preserve local gameplay settings and progress.
• Authenticate your account, restore cloud saves, and display leaderboard entries.
• Display and measure advertisements, prevent invalid activity, and comply with advertising requirements.
• Respond to support requests, fix technical issues, and protect the game from abuse or fraud.
• Meet legal and platform obligations.

4. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by our cloud authentication, storage, and leaderboard service providers to operate account features; by Google AdMob and its partners to provide advertising services; and by Apple App Store or Google Play for distribution, purchases where applicable, and platform services. 5. Your Choices

• Where required, we present consent choices for advertising. You can change eligible advertising preferences in your device or platform settings.
• You can reset or limit your advertising identifier through Android or iOS settings where available.
• You can remove locally stored game data by deleting Cosmo Xonix or clearing its app data.
• You can request deletion of your Cosmo Xonix account, cloud save, and associated leaderboard profile through our Delete Account page. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction recordkeeping.
• You can contact us to ask privacy questions or request help with data connected to a support message.

6. Data Retention and Security

Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children

Cosmo Xonix is not directed to children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through support, contact us so we can address the request.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the game, its advertising services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page.
