Where is my progress saved?

Your progress (coins, level, upgrades, bike colours, collection and missions) is saved only on your device. There are no accounts or game servers, so we can't see, restore or move it.

If you delete the game, your progress is deleted too. If your phone's own backup (iCloud or Google backup) is turned on, it may include the game's data and bring it back when you restore that backup.

Can I move my progress to a new phone?

There is no account, so we can't transfer it for you. If you set up your new phone from a backup or with your phone's transfer tool, the game's data may come along. Otherwise the game starts fresh.

How do I start over?

There is no reset button in the game. To start over, delete the game and install it again. This erases all progress and can't be undone. On Android you can also go to Settings → Apps → Cheeky Fox → Storage → Clear storage.

Starting over also resets your privacy choices, so the consent form may appear again.

How do I change my ad consent and privacy choices?

1. In the game, tap the gear button to open Settings.
2. Tap Privacy choices. Google's consent form opens again, and you can change your answer.

This option appears in regions where it applies, for example the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and some US states.

• iPhone and iPad: to stop tracking, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn it off for Cheeky Fox (or turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”).
• Android: open Settings → Google → Ads (on some phones Settings → Privacy → Ads) and reset or delete your advertising ID.

Why are there ads? Can I remove them?

Ads keep the game free. Rewarded videos are always optional: you choose to watch one to keep going after a crash or to double your coins. After every few runs, a short full-screen ad may appear. At the moment there is no paid option to remove ads.

I watched a video but didn't get my reward

The reward is given when the video plays to the end. If you close it early, lose your connection, or no ad is available right now, there is no reward. Try again a little later with Wi-Fi or mobile data. If it keeps happening, send us your device model and the game version.

I saw an ad that seemed wrong for this game

Ads in Cheeky Fox are limited to content suitable for general audiences. If you still see one that seems wrong, tap the small ⓘ (AdChoices) icon on the ad to report it to Google. It also helps us if you email us a screenshot and roughly when you saw it, so we can block that ad.

Can I play offline?

Yes. The game works without an internet connection. Ads, and the rewards you get from watching them, need a connection.

Is the game suitable for children?

The game has cartoon content with no blood or scary scenes, and it is rated for everyone (4+ / Everyone). It is made for a general audience rather than specifically for children, and it shows ads, which are limited to family-friendly (“G”) content. Parents can turn off personalised ads (see above) and use Screen Time (iPhone and iPad) or Family Link (Android) to manage screen time.

How do I delete my data?

We don't store any data about you on our side. Deleting the game removes your progress from your device. For ad data, reset or delete your advertising ID (see above) and use Google's privacy tools. If you have emailed us and want that conversation deleted, just ask.

How do I report a bug?

Email us at [email protected] and, if you can, include:

1. your phone or tablet model and its iOS or Android version;
2. the game version, if you know it (you can find it in your phone's app settings or on the game's store page);
3. what happened, and what you were doing just before;
4. a screenshot or a short screen recording.

We read every message. You can write in any language; we reply in English or Turkish.
